You will need |
Slices of bread (pre-sliced and packeted is best) Sticky fillings such as honey, peanut butter, cream cheese or humus |

What to do |
1. Cut the crusts off a slice of bread. 2. Spread your chosen filling over one side of the slide of bread, putting it on quite thickly. 3. Starting at one edge, carefully roll up the slice to form a tube. 4. Lay the bread tube on its side and cut it into slices about an inch (2cm) thick. 5. Serve the spirals on a salad or with other healthy snacks such as Raw vegetables. 6. You can decorate the spirals to make them look like snails, or stick them on cocktail sticks and make sandwich lollipops! |
